Enjoy Playing Boy Adventure
The welcome screen shows a Play button in the bottom corner. Click it to start the adventure. The same screen also holds a Facebook share icon and a panel of other titles on the site. Music and sound level sliders live on the right. A view toggle switches between full screen and windowed modes. Your browser records each move without a prompt.
Use the left and right arrow keys to move your character. Tap the up arrow to jump once and hit it again for a double jump. On a touchscreen you tap arrows on the bottom corners. The left icons handle movement. The right icons start jumps or slides. Each tap feels quick and precise.
At the top of the screen a row of icons shows your score, level number and a gear for settings. The health bar sits across the lower middle. The first stage acts as a practice run. Completing a stage opens the next one. You can visit any cleared stage at will. The main goal asks you to run to the finish line. You collect keys and coins along the way. You avoid traps and bounce off zombies for bonus points. Some platforms drop or shift underfoot. Others swing or spring you upward. You will find wooden carts and logs in certain spots. Projectiles fly across some zones and you dodge them to stay alive. You also find a magic potion. It shields you for a short time. Each hit from an enemy or a stray arrow shaves off a chunk of health. Losing all health or falling into a gap sends you back to the start. You swap between jumps and slides to land safely and ride moving platforms.
