Players enter a virtual operating room made for repairing eardrums. The game shows every tool along one side of the screen. Users control each instrument and feel realistic feedback with every move.
The first task involves injecting anesthetic with a syringe tool. The injection numbs the ear canal and stops any pain. A clear gauge shows the right dosage and timing.
After numbing the area, the view shifts to an X-ray mode. Players place a pointer at the membrane’s lip before capturing the scan. That image reveals tears or hidden issues inside the eardrum.
