Get to Know About Tents

Tents uses a grid with squares. Some squares contain trees. Each tree gets one tent. Tents must sit right next to a tree. Facing north, south, east or west counts. Diagonal touches never count. Tents must never touch each other. Numbers bordering rows and columns show how many tents belong in each line.

Begin by counting how many trees lie in each row and column. Edge numbers reveal how many tents must arrive there. Mark forced spots first. Slide a tent into the only square left beside its tree. A row count can slip off its number. Move a tent into a new square to fix that. Keep scanning for fresh openings. A clear route to the end will appear.

Tap a blank square to add a tent. A new tent appears. Press the space bar to shade a square green. It highlights grass spots. Tap a square with a tent. That tent vanishes.
